The Committee on Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, line 14, by striking:

“Insurance provider” means an entity that is regulated under the provisions of §33-6-1 et seq., §33-15-1 et seq., §33-16-1 et seq., and §33-25A-1 et seq. of this code.”; and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Insurance provider” means an entity that is regulated under the provisions of §33-14-1 et seq., §33-16-1 et seq., §33-24-1 et seq., §33-25-1 et seq., and §33-25A-1 et seq. of this code.”;

And,

On page 7, line 4 by striking subsection (b) in its entirety and re-lettering the remaining subsections accordingly.
